Fifth event in the series Sensory Experience between Nature, Tradition, and Taste. Wednesday, September 10, the event is dedicated to truffles.
Meet at 9:00 a.m. at the oil mill. We will then set off to discover citrus fruits, honey, milk, cheese, and gin, concluding with one of the most prized products of the area: truffles.
You will be accompanied by a mid-mountain expert to discover where truffles grow, and you will have the opportunity to learn about the history of truffle hunters and their dogs, including legends and truths. You will participate in a cooking workshop with an expert chef to learn how to prepare truffle-based dishes and enjoy a convivial moment tasting the dishes you have prepared together.
