On 14 September 2025, the Rocca di Lonato will host the awards ceremony for the 16th edition of the Nocivelli Prize. The inauguration of the exhibition dedicated to the finalists will take place at 5 p.m. at the Casa del Capitano. Out of 305 participants from all over Italy, 34 finalists were selected: a difficult choice, the result of careful evaluation by the jury. During the day, the winners of the Nocivelli Prize will be announced: two for each section (one of which is the overall winner) and one winner of the Luigi Cup.
The jury committee for the 2025 Nocivelli Prize is chaired by Martino Scavezzon, professor of painting and drawing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, assisted by curator Daniele Astrologo Abadal and jurors Albano Morandi, Luisa Turuani and Lorenzo Fiorucci. As in previous years, the jury for the Luigi Cup will be separate from the main jury, providing a second critical perspective to offer a further interpretation of the selected works.
The exhibition will be open to the public from 15 to 28 September, every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The finalists' works from 2025 and those from previous editions are online at www.premionocivelli.it, where the winners will also be announced.
