The church dedicated to St Biagio, dating back to the early 15th century, dominates the small harbour, and is located between what was once Rivoltella Castle and the lake, a two-minute walk from Rivoltella beach. The church has a single hall plan with a semicircular apse; to prevent possible problems due to erosion by the lake in 1720, the entrance was moved to the south side; the bell tower was also built in the same year. The columned portico in front of the church dates back to the 18th century, its interior has a single nave with a barrel vault and in the centre of the nave is a fresco depicting the Assumption and Glorification of St Biagio. The frescoes are completed by a cycle of the stories of St Biagio. In the sacristy, one can admire a painting by an unknown painter dating back to the 17th century, depicting St Biagio. Behind the altar is a Last Supper by Zenone Donise from 1608, which probably imitated Giambattista Tiepolo's Last Supper in the cathedral of Desenzano del Garda. The fresco of the Transfiguration of Jesus on Mount Tabor is moving.
