Golf Bogliaco
The third oldest golf course in Italy, Golf Bogliaco is located in Toscolano Maderno near the western hills of Lake Garda.
Born in 1912 from the resourcefulness of a hotelier and the need to meet the needs of the growing English and German tourism, the Golf sees the history flow between rulers and illustrious figures, redestinations of use during the wars for reasons of State, then by the Germans and then by the Americans. The return of the golfing activity takes place in 1952. Since 2004 the course is expanded to 18 holes and from 2017 becomes PAR 70.
In 2017 Golf Bogliaco was acquired by Terme di Sirmione, one of the most important and historic Italian spas. The new property has enriched the welcome, services and hospitality. Set in an exceptional natural setting with centuries-old plants and olive trees from which an excellent extra virgin olive oil is produced, the Bogliaco Golf now includes a golf course with driving range, a club house, a restaurant, apartments and a lodge with 10 rooms.
