The building is located on Via XX Settembre at number 11. Today, it is very difficult to define the style of this palace. As a result of the transitions to various owners, it has undergone several transformations. There are, however, three testimonies that confirm, with specific dates, that the severe building dates back to the eighteenth century. It takes its name from an ancient family from Salò; for more than two centuries it was a private residence, from 1974 to 1989 it was used as school and in 1993 it became the Town Hall of San Felice. Inside you can admire the finely decorated wooden panelled ceilings, some coats of arms and allegorical figures.
