The Town Hall of Gargnano was completed by the end of 1582 and was designed by master mason Giovanni Traffegnini, who referred to Todeschini in terms of style. After a long debate, it was decided to use the white stone of San Vigilio for the construction of the building, a most fortunate choice, since the use of this type of material was one of the reasons for the building's good state of preservation to this day. It consists of a ground floor with a portico provided with pillars and a rear body from which one can access the upper floor by means of a staircase. The hall is very large, occupying almost four bays of the lower loggia, while part of the wooden beam and coffered ceiling is decorated with a painting. A 15th-century memorial stone with the coat of arms of the municipality of Gargnano has also been found in this room, while under the portico there is a plaque commemorating a bombing that took place in the town in 1866.
